Kindly arrive with your hair free of tangles.

⁃ A $25 detangling fee will apply if your hair requires detangling.

⁃Please note that NOT all services include a shampoo, please refer to sevices

⁃ You have the option to refuse the shampoo, but the service price remains unchanged.

**Cancellation Policy:**

⁃  I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

⁃  Cancellations made less than 48 hours are subject to a $25 fee.

**Late Arrivals and Late Fee:**

⁃  Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period will be allowed.

**No-shows:**

- Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in a $25 no-show fee.

**Rescheduling:**

- Clients may reschedule appointments within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

**Service Guarantee:**

- I strive for your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify me within 48 hours for resolution.

**Children and Guests:**

- To maintain a relaxing environment, I kindly request that clients do not bring children or extra guests unless they are also receiving services.

**Payment:**

⁃  Payment is due at the time of service. I accept Cash, Credit Cards, Paypal, Zelle,  Apple, and Venmo 

⁃  All deposits, fees, and services are non refundable
