Salon Policies

Hair Preparation:

• Please arrive with your hair free of tangles.
• A $25 detangling fee will be charged if your hair requires detangling.

Shampoo Services:

• Not all services include shampooing; please refer to the service description for details.
• You may opt to skip the shampoo, but the service price will remain unchanged.

Cancellation Policy:

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee.

Late Arrivals:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

No-Shows:

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $25 no-show fee.

Rescheduling:

• Appointments can be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

Service Guarantee:

• Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

Children and Guests:

• To ensure a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children and extra guests not accompany you unless they are also receiving services.

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.
• All deposits, fees, and services are non-refundable.
